The 16-year-old rose to national attention after she was shot and killed by Columbus police officer Nicholas Reardon on April 20.

What are Ma'Khia Bryant TikTok videos that being shared?
Ma'Khia was an avid user of TikTok where she would share videos on hair tutorials.
In the 24 hours after her death, those videos were viewed by millions of people on the video-sharing app.
People took to Twitter to share the teen's clips with the hashtag #SayHerName after she was fatally shot in Columbus, Ohio.
Countless comments and condolence messages have also been left under Ma'Khia's posts on Tiktok, with many calling for "justice" for her.
One video of Ma'Khia doing her hair was shared in the wake of her death on Twitter by @mercxkurt with the caption: "Ma'Khia Bryant deserved to be alive and happy with her family #SayHerName #BlackLivesMatter".
It has since been viewed by more than two million users, with some 20,000 retweeting the clip.

Twitter users have left thousands of heartwarming comments under @mercxkurt's tweet.
One person wrote, She was so pretty & didn’t deserve this."
Another person commented, "this poor sweet little baby. we will get justice for you."
A third person chimed in, saying, "God, at 15 you’re still just a baby figuring yourself out and the cops took that away from her. This is horrible. She should be alive."

What did Ma'Khia's family say about her?
Ma'Khia's heartbroken mom Paula Bryant has demanded answers, describing her daughter as a "sweet child" who was on the honor roll at school.
“I’m very upset, I’m hurt. I want answers,” she told 10TV.
"My daughter dispatched Columbus police for protection, not to be a homicide."
On Facebook, Paula shared a picture with daughter, with the caption: "Fly high in heaven babygirl".
"She was a very loving, peaceful little girl," Paula told WBNS.
"Ma'Khia had a motherly nature about her. She promoted peace."
"That's something that I want to always be remembered."
Ma'Khia's aunt Hazel Bryant has said her "loving" niece was killed "like a dog in the street".
She claimed that Ma'Khia had a knife – but although she dropped it, she was shot multiple times
Hazel described her niece as "a good kid".
"She was loving. She didn’t deserve to die like a dog in the street," Hazel added.
Officials with The Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation are investigating the shooting, which came shortly before Derek Chauvin was handed a guilty verdict in the murder of George Floyd.
