Stephen Bear risks public flogging or jail term for sex on Maldives beach

STEPHEN Bear has risked being punished with a public flogging for having sex on a beach.

The couple are currently shacked up in the Maldives, where Islamic Sharia law is mixed with English common law and all sex outside marriage is banned.

In the South Asian country, flogging is a legal punishment – most commonly used on those convicted of having extramarital sex.

Nudism and topless sunbathing are not allowed anywhere, including on resort islands.

So when Bear shared a video of his girlfriend Jessica Smith performing a sex act on him on a beach in the Maldives earlier today – he risked facing extreme punishment.

The reality star, 31, claims the couple has rented a private island where they can create their X-rated content.

In the latest crude clip, Bear strips fully naked and faces out to sea for the duration of the act.

Some followers were sceptical that the beach is private though, with one writing: "I love how you keep checking the beach for people on that private beach. Don’t want you getting caught."

Another, disgusted by the action, said: "Just why? No need at all."

While a third posted: "Gross to be honest."

Bear and Jessica have been posting videos of themselves engaging in sex acts to make cash in recent months.

A previous clip from their trip showed them having sex outside surrounded by trees.

Bragging about the holiday, Bear said: "Just over in the Maldives, there's a volleyball net behind me – why on earth would you have a volleyball net on a-"

Addressing Jessica, he added: "$135,000 for two weeks, was it? For two people on our own private island."

He then asked her: "And why are you sunbathing naked? Saying that, no-one can see us as we are on our own private island, aren't we?"

This is not the first time that Bear has made shock claims about his finances.

He previously told fans that he was going to buy a Las Vegas nightclub and luxury car after cashing in on their sex videos.

However, Bear and Jessica have struggled to monetise their clips in reality as they have been banned from adult-only websites.

He said they'd made £1 million from their first explicit sex tape, but The Sun later revealed that it was actually less than £6,000.
