Spoilers: Two major characters left to die in a fridge in Corrie

Ray Crosby (Mark Frost) in Coronation Street has managed to get away with a lot since his arrival on the cobbles. He worms his way out of most things but with the news out that he tried to rape Faye Windass (Ellie Leach), it’s safe to say his days on the cobbles are very much numbered.

Now Debbie (Sue Devaney) has realised how much mess Ray has gotten himself into, she’s determined to see an end to him, but when Ray catches on to what she’s planning, he goes to desperate lengths to see an end to her, and leaves her to die along with another Weatherfield resident in a walk-in fridge.

Gary (Mikey North) and Faye appear in court and Debbie tells Sally (Sally Dynevor) that she’d like to hire the best lawyer for Faye and use Ray’s money to fund it. Kevin (Michael Le Vell) is sceptical and says he has had enough, chucking down his tools he says he’s going to join Jack (Kyran Bowes) on his school camping trip.

In the bistro, Ray has disguised himself as a workman and overheard Debbie discussing her plans with Miles, furious he tells her he knows her game and forces her into the walk-in fridge and goes to lock her in.

Thankfully, Kevin manages to hit him over the head with a frying pan and tries to rescue Debbie, only to hear the door slam shut and realise they are both locked in the fridge.

A deeply worried Kevin and Debbie prepare for a long night in the fridge.

Will anyone come to their rescue?
