Spoilers: Linda makes a big decision in EastEnders

It’s undeniable that Linda Carter (Kellie Bright)’s return to EastEnders has made a massive impact and it’s been brilliant seeing her back in Albert Square. But there’s one place that she’s always belonged – and that’s at the Queen Vic.

In upcoming episodes she’s set to return to her rightful place behind the bar, pulling the pints in the true tradition of Walford landladies.

The move comes after a squabble in the cafe between Linda, Honey (Emma Barton) and Kat (Jessie Wallace). Stacey (Lacey Turner) warns Linda she needs to sort herself out, and Linda makes the decision that she’s going to go back to serving customers in the Queen Vic.

Of course while the Vic might be the best place for Linda in one way, in another it’s about the worst place she could be. As her alcoholism has been out of control recently, is a pub really a sensible place for her? Nancy (Maddy Hill) is wary and asks Frankie (Rose Ayling-Ellis) to keep an eye out for her while she and Zack (James Farrar) search for a restaurant to buy.

Will Linda manage to withstand the temptation of being surrounded by booze, particularly when Mick (Danny Dyer), Janine (Charlie Brooks) and Ollie (Harry Farr) return from their holiday?

Seeing the man she’s always loved playing happy families with their son and sneaky Janine Butcher tests Linda to her absolute limits – but will she give in?
