It was first reported that Simon had put the three-storey 1990s period house on the market back in November.
It was revealed he was set to make a multi-million pound profit on his home that he had never really lived in.
An insider at the time told the Daily Mail: "Simon and Lauren fancied a change. They wanted to get out of central London and go somewhere a little more leafy. They wanted clean air and to make it their long-term family home.
"They spent a lot of time and money on it, but things just didn't work out, so they have decided to put it on the market and stay put.
"Eric is settled in his school and they didn't want to move him, so they tried the journey and it was a nightmare.
