Peter Andre shares rare snap of his son Theo as he celebrates 'special moments' with wife Emily

DOTING dad Peter Andre has shared a rare snap of his son Theo as he celebrates the ‘special moments’ with stunning wife Emily.

The father-of-four posted the adorable photo on Wednesday evening to his 1.1 million followers on Instagram.

In the heart-warming image, Emily, 29, is seen resting her cheek on her son’s back as she closes her eyes and smiles, pulling the little one in close.

He later added another photo of him and Theo laying on the floor, writing next to it: "Like father like son".

Peter, 46, and Emily are very private about sharing photos of his two youngest children.

The couple always keep the faces of Theo, two, and five-year-old Amelia, concealed in social media posts.

Peter previously admitted this is Emily's wish that he has to respect, explaining to Closer magazine: "There are some parents that don't want to do it and you've got to respect that.

"Emily's one of those parents that doesn't want it so I've got to respect that.

"I post photos of them because I'm proud of them and of these beautiful moments, and you want to show everyone.

"I love doing that but I also understand that not everyone wants that so I've got to respect that. I get it."

Protective Pete is keen for all his children to grow up away from the limelight, and recently revealed he’s banned Junior and Princess, his two children with Katie Price, from performing on The Voice Kids.

The admission came after reports emerged the two had been approached to appear on the show.

The TV presenter voiced his concerns about them entering the music industry at a young age after Katie, 41, encouraged their singing after trying to crack the industry herself.

Speaking to new! magazine Peter said: "As a dad, I wouldn't be keen to let them on.

"They're way too young and I don't want them open to that sort of criticism – if you get slated it damages you."

The Mysterious Girl singer went on to explain that it was a different industry when he started off his career.

"Even though I started off my career at a young age, it was a different world. There was no social media so the only way you knew if people didn't like you was if they told you," he said.

However, mum-of-five Katie has always encouraged her children's singing careers as she posts multiple candid videos of her kids singing and dancing on social media.

Katie has also had her fair share of trying to break the music industry, such as representing the UK in the Eurovision song contest, and releasing her own singles, and has even recently revealed that she is attempting to relaunch her pop career.

Peter and Katie have never seen eye to eye when it comes to their parenting styles as she admitted that she loves how "feral" her children are and had snubbed Pete for the "strict" diet they have with him.

Peter has not only stopped Princess from going on The Voice Kids, but he has also banned her from going on Love Island and was branded "mean" for not letting Princess watch the popular ITV2 reality show.

"My daughter is 12. I feel bad because I'm just like: 'No.' She thinks I'm mean."

He added: "She said to me: 'Would you ever let me go on Love Island?'

"I said: 'When they start doing Love Island based on priests and nuns and doing sermons on Sundays you can go on. I don't mean to be strict. They get told everything by their friends anyway."
