Love Island fans beg producers to step in after ‘brutal’ moment | The Sun

LOVE Island fans have begged for producers to step in after a "brutal" moment in last night's episode.

Viewers of the ITV2 dating show were left in despair after farmer Will Young was rejected by the girls again last night.

TikTok star Will, 23, failed to impress the girls earlier this week – and was last to be chosen in the first coupling on Monday, coupling up with Olivia Hawkins by default.

Last night, the farmer thought to try his luck with another girl, Lana Jenkins, as he got to know her by the pool.

However, Will was soon rejected again by blonde beauty Lana, 25, who is coupled up with financial advisor Ron Hall.

Fans have now urged producers to step in, and to pull Will out of the show before he's hit with further heartbreak.

"I feel sorry for Will, and the producers need to understand we are TIRED of the same storyline of one person being left out who is 'no one's type'," one said.

A second added: "The producers always cast a jester and I’m sad for Will that he got casted."

"Producers have done Will dirty and are just using him for the joke factor," a third penned. "They didn't even try and put any type of girl in there that would fancy him."

While a fourth added: "I feel so bad for Will. He feels like the only person in there that is actually a genuine human and not a robot just trying to get laid.

"The fact he's been last choice and just seeing how upset he looks when no one wants him.

"I'm getting the feeling he will be first to go home and it's sad as I think if he found someone he could go all the way."

Last night, concerned fans called for Will to leave the show – and go and look to find love somewhere else.

"Will is a sweet boy, I'm sorry he’s just way too cute; he should pack up and leave the thing," one penned.

Another chimed in: "People are saying give Will a chance. We did that with Hugo and dr Alex and look how that turned out."

Earlier this week, Will was the first to be left single after the first recoupling of the winter edition of Love Island.

On the launch episode, he was coupled up with Boxing ring girl Olivia Hawkins, 27, after being left behind.

However after Macclesfield striker Tom Clare, 23, entered the villa as the first bombshell, he chose to partner with Olivia in the first recoupling of the series.

Will was left single and he remains at risk of being dumped from the Island at the end of the week.
