STEPHEN Mulhern is one of the most in-demand presenters on telly – and he's also one of its shrewdest investors.
The In For A Penny host, 44, has built a £2.2million property empire and an overall worth of over £7million.
The star's TV firm Blue Eye Productions, which he set up in 2002, has seen its coffers increase to £4,196,757 – up £300,000 on the previous year.
On top of that, he's the owner of a property firm JFDI Productions, with six homes on its books worth a combined £2.2m.
He also lives in a £910,000 property in London, however, it is likely to have significantly increased in value on the sum he paid for it in 2013.
Land Reg commercial ownership files show the firm bought a house in South Leicester for £199,500 in 2019, a South West London Flat for £753,000 in 2015, a £290,000 Essex house in 2019, a second South West London Flat
was purchased in 2020 for £640,000, another Leicester house was acquired for £165,000 in 2020, and an Essex apartment for £202,000 in 2019.
The money keeps rolling in thanks to Stephen's high-profile roles on ITV.
He currently hosts Celebrity Catchphrase and co-presents a Heart Radio show on with Emma Willis.
The former kids TV host is the king of the spin-off shows having presented Dancing on Ice: Defrosted and ITV2's Britain's Got More Talent .
He's a regular in pantomime and has acted as host on quiz shows including Pick Me!
Stephen presents ITV's show Big Star's Little Star, a show which sees parents and their children compete to win prizes.
