The former Coronation Street star's lacy lingerie set was visible through her sheer frock which was adorned with Playboy bunnies.
It was very fitting for the Manchester event which marked the launch of Playboy's new range with Misspap.
Blonde influencer Helen beamed and showed off her plump lips as she posed for pictures.
The glam outing came hot on the heels of the mum-of-three being shamed by online trolls after promoting a new curling iron.
The 33-year-old wore a plunging sparkly pink dress to film a hair transformation clip.

Her followers thought the product was a sex toy, with one writing: "Thought it was a vibrator," with a shocked face emoji.
