Gemma Collins says she 'can't wait' to go Christmas shopping after lockdown as she enjoys Chinese takeaway

GEMMA Collins is well and truly into the festive spirt after admitting that she can't wait to go Christmas shopping after lockdown.

The 39-year-old reality star shared a clip of an eerie looking central London amid the second coronavirus lockdown.

Gemma's festive fun has been put on hold until the restrictions are eased on the 2nd December.

The self-confessed diva got glammed up yesterday for a stunning shoot at abar in London.

The blonde beauty looked sensational wearing a full-length blue sparkly dress in a hotel as she prepared to film for work.

After the shoot, the former Towie star posted a video of a street lit up with stunning Christmas lights.

She said: "How pretty is London looking, I can't wait until the 2nd December to hopefully go shopping."

Gutted that all the shops were closed, the Essex beauty headed back to Chigwell for a well-deserved Chinese takeaway.

Gemma later shared a clip of what she had been filming, she wrote: "CALLING ALL GEMDOLLS AROUND THE WORLD 🌎 do you want to feature with me THE GC in my video !!! Might send it into Boris too for a laugh 😂 LIKE ! SHARE ! AND TAG AND COMMENT!!!

"All you have to do is send in your video in MY NEW HOODIES copy the format above !!! To make the best Christmas video EVER ! ✌🏻"

The Towie favourite has been a busy bee recently, even showing off her impressive singing voice as she recorded a charity single.

Gemma is releasing the song, which she is hoping will be the festive No1, with her former Celebrity Big Brother housemate Darren Day.

The friends were heard singing the classic Baby It's Cold Outside, previously covered by the likes of Tom Jones and Cerys Matthews, as well as John Legend and Kelly Clarkson.

Gemma, who earlier this year split from long-time love James Argent, looked glam in a full length black sequinned gown, while Darren, 52, was the dapper gent in a smart shirt and waistcoat combo.

They were filmed as they rehearsed the song on stage with Gemma hilariously dropping the f-bomb into the lyrics when she realised she'd messed up the lyrics.

Sharing the video with her 2m Instagram followers, she captioned it with the words: "SENTIMENT at this time of the year is very much needed ! The MAGIC of Christmas💫 and everyone needs a MIRACLE right now !!!!

"So myself and @darrendayofficial are making a CHARITY single for @iokn2bok20 for mental health and addiction ! ❤️ sending love and support to everyone who is struggling right now ❤️

"you never know we could get this amazing Christmas fun loving filled heart warming song to NUMBER ONE 💫 #themagicofchristmas".

Referring to their time in the Big Brother house, Gemma joked: "I will have to throw in somewhere IM CLAUSTROPHOBIC DARREN !!!!!

"It’s not perfect yet but practice makes perfect!!!! #imclaustrophobicdarren".

The charity single will raise funds for It's OK not to be OK, a mental health awareness campaign by Tony Wilsher.
