Tammy Slaton stars alongside her sister Amy in 1000lb Sisters, with the show documenting the pair as they go through their weight loss journey.
As season 5 of the TLC series was announced, Tammy has taken to TikTok to do her own promotion.
Tammy can be seen doing a TikTok dance with crew members, with the reality star displaying her slimmed down figure.
She also joined in the dance, something fans would never have expected to see the star do when she first hit screens.
Tammy captioned the video: “1000lb Sisters TLC. Us going into the next season like.”

This comes after TLC released the trailer for the upcoming series, with Tammy admitting in it her “world was falling apart”.
The fourth series ended with Tammy marrying Caleb – who tragically died shortly after their wedding.
In the clip, Tammy could be seen preparing to go back home without her partner.
She said after revealing she had lost 300lbs: “I’ve been at rehab for 14 months but now that my trach is out, I get to go home.
“I can’t imagine walking out of this place without my husband but I lost 300lbs. I’m ready to conquer the world.”
In the teaser, fans also got a glimpse at Amy’s marital issues with now estranged husband Michael Halterman.
She fumed: “I am very overwhelmed and stressed-out. Every aspect of my life is chaotic because I have no support.”
1000-Lb Sisters premieres on December 12 at 9pm ET.
