Watch Neymar's outrageous flick to set up Angel Di Maria goal in PSG's Champions League clash with Leipzig

NEYMAR provided a delicious assist for PSG team-mate Angel Di Maria to put his side 2-0 up against RB Leipzig in the Champions League semi-final clash.

Marquinhos had headed the big favourites into an early lead before Samba star Neymar announced himself spectacularly.

The ball was fizzed into the box after a terrible error by RB Leipzig keeper Peter Gulacsi.

Neymar took the sting out of it with with a delightful back-heel assist for Di Maria to control then slide the ball home.

PSG went on to reach their first ever European Cup/Champions League final with a 3-0 win over the German side.

Left-back Juan Bernat added in a third after another error, this time from RB Leipzig right-back Nordi Mukiele.

Football fans were quick to praise the talents of the 28-year-old Brazilian on social media.

Connor Doherty tweeted that the assist was "utter filth".

Another added that "Neymar is a gift player from God", with many others describing it as "outrageous".

One fooball fan was simply stunned, writing that the assist was "genuinely one of the best I’ve ever seen".

Neymar has 59 goal involvements (35 goals, 24 assists) in 59 appearances in the CL.

It's little wonder that the attacker is constantly linked with a return to his old club Barcelona.

Even more so following their Champions League capitulation against Bayern Munich and Real Madrid winning LaLiga.

According to Sport in Spain, they are lining up a transfer offer to try and lure Neymar back to the Nou Camp.

The report states Barca will bid £54million and offer Antoine Griezmann as part of a deal.

They see their former forward, who left in 2017 to join Paris Saint-Germain for a world-record £198m, as the best option to help fix the dire problems as quickly as possible.
