LUTON TOWN star Andros Townsend revealed he eats chicken feet for dinner every night.
Townsend is still competing in the Premier League at the age of 32 and believes he has discovered the secret behind that success.
The winger suggested this could be down to his special dietary habits.
The former England international steams chicken feet every night because of the collagen, which is responsible for healthy joints as well as skin elasticity.
Townsend told Ben Foster's Fozcast: "Every night for dinner I eat chicken feet. Steamed chicken feet.
"I swear to you. Because the collagen in the chicken feet, there's the cartilage.

"There's basically so much goodness that now they put it into pills and put it into shots.
"The daily pills you take at training is mainly from chicken feet and random stuff like that."
Foster asked Townsend where he gets the chicken feet from and the ex-Tottenham star responded: "Online.
"Yeah, I order it in like massive batches. It comes frozen, I whack a load in the freezer.

"You can boil them. I steam them, I put them in a steam oven, 20 minutes and it's lovely.
"Honestly, it's like chicken wing, but a chicken foot. You obviously don't eat the bone but you have to eat as much as the cartilage and as close to the bone as possible."
Premier League fans were left stunned by Townsend's revelation after a clip was shared on TikTok.
