A woman slammed a stranger for making a snide remark about her boobs while at a restaurant – and was that ‘distracted’ she had to move tables.
Adrienne Airhart, from the US, decided to celebrate her birthday by dining out for some grub.
As she sat down at the table and took her shawl off to get comfortable at the venue, she was not expecting to be body shamed by someone – let alone another woman.
And it was all due to Adrienne’s ‘naturally big’ bust.
Adrienne took to Twitter to document the ordeal, she wrote: “Tonight at my birthday dinner I took off my shawl and the lady at the next table said, ‘Well those are distracting’ and moved tables. Still got it! Prejudice against big naturals.”
The birthday babe then shared a clip of herself as she blew out a sparkling candle on a cake at the restaurant to show users what she was wearing.
She donned a strappy orange dress, which revealed part of her cleavage that was deemed "distracting" for the fellow diner.
She explained: “I’m not even that hot, the lady was just a hater.”
Since she posted about the situation on Twitter, Adrienne’s tweet has now racked up 34,000 likes and an endless amount of comments which defended her birthday attire.
One person commented: “People that can’t handle a little cleavage are beyond me.”
Another user added: “The disease that is old jealous women.”
While a third person voiced: “I wish I was hot enough to offend people.”
Someone else chuckled: “Imagine not wanting to look at giant jugs at a nice dinner. Can’t relate.”
Meanwhile, a fifth user remarked: “Hahaha clearly she was jealous!!!!!”
However, Adrienne has not been the only person to be singled out due to having a bit of boob on show.
Many other women were able to relate to the uncomfortable situation Adrienne was put in.
One user related: “When I had big boobs, the looks and slander I got was wild. Like I can’t help it! I was so happy when I got my reduction.”
This person shared: “It is so annoying when we are harassed and teased simply because we have large breasts! I was shopping last weekend and I was told that I could “find cuter clothes if you had a breast reduction”.
And, this user noted: “So glad I am not alone. I have double D and slim figure (as a result they appear bigger than actual size). Women, especially middle aged, give them the evil stare even when I wear a shirt. I don't see men complaining.”
