Victoria Beckham’s new beauty product – her ‘Cheeky Posh’ blusher – appears to be a hit with her fans, with the brand revealing ‘demand was through the roof’ during its release this weekend.

The Spice Girl-turned-fashion-designer, 47, is currently in New York promoting her latest item – but it seems beauty enthusiasts are already showing appreciation for the £36 offering.

Victoria Beckham Beauty told MailOnline that ‘thousands of units’ were sold upon the release – with the ‘Knickers’ shade being the most popular of the five options available.

Victoria (pictured) has also seen sales of her favourite Satin Kajal liner in Cocoa increase since expanding her product range 

The brand describes ‘Cheeky Posh’ as a chic and convenient cream blush stick that nourishes skin with a natural, easy flush. 

It also promises to give skin lasting, natural-looking colour, while having a formula that is infused with clean botanical actives for smoother, brighter cheeks. 

Co-Founder and CEO of Victoria Beckham Beauty Sarah Creal, gushed about the product, saying: ‘We’ve been working on Cheeky Posh for quite some time to perfect this high-performing, clean formula and we are so excited by the overwhelming response from our community.’ 

‘Cheeky Posh’ is available in five colours: ‘Major-  a neutral pink flush’, ‘Miniskirt – A berry rose’, ‘Rollerskate – A vivid coral pink’, ‘Playground – a mid-tone terracotta nude’ and ‘Knickers – A light peachy melon’.

Along with the high demand for the ‘knickers’ shade, the launch of ‘Cheeky Posh’ also increased sales of Victoria’s favourite Satin Kajal liner in Cocoa.

The top shades of her eyeliner, Cocoa and Bronze, sell one every minute and have sold out three times in the last month.

Victoria delighted her followers on Saturday as she showcased her figure in a slinky black dress in a video as she spoke about her new ‘must have’ blusher.

Meanwhile the fashion designer’s husband David Beckham, 46, playfully asked her on a ‘date’ as he shared a snap of the dried fruit on Instagram.

Victoria looked stunning in the little black dress as she perched on a pink chair before discussing her newest product from Victoria Beckham Beauty.

She told her followers at the start of the video: ‘Blush is probably the most underrated tool in a make-up kit, but for me it’s what pulls my whole look together and brings my complexion to life.

‘My vision was to create a blush that looks and feels beautiful on everyone, to find the perfect pops of colour that look effortlessly natural on any skin tone.

She finished saying: ‘So, we tested our cheeky shades on countless skin tones. Everyone can literally wear every single shade and the formula is to die for – creamy smooth, blends like a dream, incredibly long lasting and it truly will not fade.’

She captioned her video: ‘My new must-have @victoriabeckhambeauty product – blush is so underrated.

Her new product launch comes as David took to his Instagram story on Friday evening, taking a picture of what looked like a treasure chest full of dried dates.

The star appeared to ask Victoria on a date in this pun-filled snap showing a treasure trove of the dried fruit.

The footballer playfully wrote: ‘Fancy a date ?? @victoriabeckham’ over his pun-filled image.

The doting husband and wife have been married for 22 years, meeting in 1997 when they both shot to fame in their respective singing and football careers. The couple tied the knot in 1999 and now share four children together.
