Prince Louis turns three on April 23 and to mark the special milestone, Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, 39, and Prince William, 38, have shared a new photo of their youngest son. The sweet picture was taken by mum Kate and captures Louis sitting astride a bright red bicycle with a huge grin on his face.
The Duchess of Cambridge is a keen amateur photographer and every year fans are treated to new pictures of her children on their birthdays.
A body language analyst has claimed Louis is a dead ringer for his mum Kate in the new photo.
Body language expert and author Judi James looked at the photo for Express.co.uk and shared her insights.
According to Judi, little Louis has “very Middleton features” and “his own signature smile like Kate.”
The expert said: “Louis has always looked like such a happy, active, chatty and fun-loving baby and toddler and here in his third birthday portrait he is showing that nothing has changed.
“With his very Middleton features he seems to have inherited a spirit and an exuberant confidence that this photo captures perfectly.”
The new portrait “catches Louis mid-adventure”, Judi claimed.
She said: “Instead of a static pose, Louis looks as though he has been caught mid-adventure, with his trainers, backpack and bright red bike.”
Judi added: “His open-mouth laugh suggests he enjoys being photographed, especially with his mum behind the camera.”
Louis seems to have inherited his signature grin from Kate, Judi claimed.
She said: “Like Kate, little Louis has his own signature smile.
“He is always open-mouthed like this and here he seems to have jutted his lower jaw slightly to emphasise that constant sense of confidence and fun.”

How will Louis celebrate his birthday?
During term time the Cambridge family live at Kensington Palace in London which is a short drive from Prince George and Princess Charlotte’s school.
As tomorrow is a school day, Louis is likely to spend it in London and may have a small party once his siblings are home.
Kate’s mum Carole is an experienced children’s party planner and even has her own business.
Now COVID-19 restrictions have been relaxed to allow six people or two households to meet outside, the Cambridges could have a little gathering for Louis in the garden.
Kate’s parents Carole and Michael Middleton could travel from Berkshire to attend.
Louis birthday falls at a sad time for the Royal Family who are mourning the recent loss of Prince Philip.
The Queen celebrated her 95th birthday on Wednesday but the milestone went by with very little fanfare as she honoured the Duke in a message instead.
