A young mother has shared her hilarious response to her teenage son claiming she’s too old to wear a bikini.
Ashley, who goes by @mad4life2 on TikTok, posted a clip on Barry Island Beach in South Wales, where she donned a white two-piece swimsuit.
In the video, she claimed her son tells her she is ‘too old for that bikini’ – to which she responds she will ship him off to his grandmother’s house.
She plays NSYNC’s Bye Bye Bye over the clip, in a nod to the dismissive attitude she has towards her son’s opinions.
Responding to the clip, people told her she looked incredible in the two-piece and joked that her son was likely concerned all his friends would fancy his mother.

She captioned the clip ‘Hahah your staying at nannies #beachlife #over30club’.
The video was seen by more than 220,000 people, with viewers commenting on the clip to share their own opinions.
One user joked: ‘Stacy’s mom has got it going on,’ meanwhile another wrote ‘bet all his mates insist on meeting at your house’.
Someone reasoned: ‘I think it’s more he doesn’t want to see his mum like that or for other people to see his mum like that’.
Ashley replied: ‘ Really good point maybe if [he led] with that as his opening argument instead of telling me I was too old, he could [have] come to the beach lol’.
