Mum mortified at having to wear adult nappy – until partner shows support

A new mum managed to ease her worries of wearing an adult nappy thanks to her caring husband.

Patrick Chase Champi and his wife welcomed their baby daughter into the world in early June and the new parents have been documenting the journey on TikTok.

In a video he posted three months before the baby's birth, the then dad-to-be revealed how he was supporting his other half.

Writing from his wife's perspective, he captioned a video: "When you tell your husband you're insecure about having to wear diapers after birth."

Nappies can be essential for new mums as they bleed a lot while healing after having a C-section or vaginal birth.

Do you support what Patrick did for his wife? Let us know in the comments.

Patrick was eager to show his wife that she can be comfortable around him – so decided to wear the nappies too.

In the clip viewed more than 5.3 million times, Patrick struts out of the bedroom and strikes a pose in a postpartum diaper.

He heads to the kitchen and pours himself a glass of wine while giving his wife a wink.

Patrick continues to exude confidence in the nappy while serving dinner in the kitchen.

The topless dad then finishes it all off with a twerking session on the sofa.

Viewers praised the new dad for normalising wearing postpartum diapers.

One wrote: "Now that’s a damn good spouse! Fam, take notes."

A second pointed out the importance of getting support for new mothers, she said: "The support is real that helps with mental health life."

A third suggested Patrick to be awarded "husband of the year".

Meanwhile, a mum was exhausted of sleeping in a small bed with her son and decided to make a "clone" of herself to make her son think she is always in the room.

She put her hair extensions around a stuffed monkey toy and placed it on the ground and covered it with a blanket, but it left her husband freaked out at night.
