A general horoscope doesn’t reveal the specifics for individuals but is useful for a general understanding of what is going on above us on any given day. Today the Moon is moving into Virgo opposite Jupiter while the Sun is in Cancer, and things won’t necessarily be fun but you’ll be productive. Express.co.uk reveals your star sign reading, astrology and zodiac forecast for Wednesday, July 14.
At 1.30am today, the Moon enters Virgo and this can bring about slightly anxious energy in us all regardless of our sun signs.
Virgos can be slightly neurotic or worry too much about their health, and this trait may be passed on to the rest of us for a couple of days.
According to Astrology.com: “Our emotions are tied to the health of our physical bodies and when there’s a Virgo Moon we should be mindful of an inclination towards hypochondria.
“Over the next two days, feeling even slightly under the weather can see us spiralling into stress.”

While a Virgo Moon can be unsettling, it can also make us buckle down and get organised.
The horoscope reading site notes: “This lunation helps us to manage—and even enjoy—our mundane duties and everyday routines.
“We might find ourselves crossing errands off our to-do lists and making chores into rituals helps us to achieve equilibrium.
“The Moon in Virgo also encourages a focus on detail and work.”
The Moon is not only in Virgo, from 4am it will be opposite Jupiter in Pisces, the planet of luck, fortune, success and generosity.
The astrologers at Astrology.com reckon that while a Virgo Moon pushes us towards organisation and achieving lots of things in a short amount of time, a Jupiter in Pisces opposition means we might be too excessive in our goals.
The site reads: “In opposition to expansive Jupiter, on a Virgo Moon there is a tendency to overdo it, to get zealous about the small details to the point that we lose sight of the big picture.
“Indeed, Jupiter can cause us to waste precious energy trying to make things perfect.
“Its placement in Pisces doesn’t help matters, insinuating that perfection is not only our desired objective but that it is even achievable.
“Emotional upsets may occur regardless of whether we are interrupted in our efforts or allowed to continue unchecked.”
The Sun is still in Cancer until July 23 which means the obsession and pickiness caused by the Virgo Moon might be directed towards our homes.
The experts at Tarot.com explained: “The security-focused elements of Earth (Virgo) and Water (Cancer) are emphasized today, but the way they interact with each other still supports creativity and idealism.
“The Moon in detail-oriented Virgo forms a harmonious sextile with the Sun in sensitive Cancer, so we can identify the subtle things around us that need improvement.”
Neptune plays a positive role in all of this because it is in grounding Taurus.
The team at AstroSofa wrote: “The trine between the Virgo Moon and Uranus in Taurus gives us great attention, persuasiveness, ambition, and original spirit.
“We go our own way and look for new methods. We are determined, imaginative, keen to travel, and have a happy hand in doing things.”
Tarot.com’s experts concluded: “Though the Moon challenges elusive Neptune, which could make perfection the enemy of the good, the Moon’s friendly trine to Uranus encourages us to try new things anyway.”
