Asda Black Friday TV deals include a 50-inch Polaroid TV for £269

ASDA has started revealing its Black Friday deals and it includes a 50-inch Polaroid TV for £269.

Down from £329, the TV could come in handy if you're looking to recreate the big screen experience at home without breaking the bank.

The Black Friday deal means you'll save £60 on the gadget, working out as more than 18% off.

The HDR TV has features including a 4K UHD resolution display, integrated Wi-Fi and easy access to Netflix, YouTube and Amazon Prime Video.

Shoppers who snap up the TV will also be able to enjoy HDR & Dolby Vision and two USB points.

Keen to buy it? It'll be available exclusively in larger Asda stores from November 16.

You can find your nearest Asda shop by using its store locator tool.

Our tips for finding the best deals this Black Friday

IT might be tempting to dive in and snap up LOADS of items on Black Friday and Cyber Monday, but here’s how you can guarantee you’re getting a good deal.

PREPARE Research the items you want to buy and find out the cheapest price. Websites like PriceSpy, PriceRunner and CamelCamelCamel will give you historical data on prices so you can see how much you should pay.

GET FOLLOWING Follow your favourite shops on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram and sign up to its deals newsletter to get the latest on any offers. We post the best deals in our Sun Money Facebook group too.

EARN CASHBACK Check websites like Quidco and TopCashback BEFORE you place your order. Cashback websites PAY you to shop. All you have to do is click through their links and the money is added to your online account, usually within 14 days.

If you're in the market for a new TV, it could be worth buying this one as similar versions by other brands sell for much more.

For example, Argos is selling a 50-inch Hitachi Smart 4k HDR TV for £319.99.

While Very.co.uk and Currys PC World are both selling same-sized TVs by brands LG and Samsung for a heftier £379 price tag.

Asda has previously also sold a Polaroid 50-inch Smart TV online for £315, but it told The Sun it's a different one to the TV on offer from next week.

The supermarket is yet to confirm its other deals for Black Friday 2020, so we'll update this article if we hear back.

Meanwhile, its website says that shoppers can expect offers online from November 17, so it's worth keeping an eye out.

The supermarket usually doesn't take part in the sale bonanza after it sparked violence among shoppers trying to snap up deals in 2013.

In 2018, it launched its own day of November deals and called it the "Green is the New Black" event.

Last year, it ran a "Roll Back" event with savings across tech, homeware and fashion.

What was in Asda's Roll Back sale in 2019?

Although Asda is yet to release further details on this year's sale, deals offered in 2019 could give you an idea of what will be available this year.

Last year, huge deals were to be had on tech and homeware buys, as well as fitness products.

Budding chefs, or new homeowners, could kit out their kitchen with a complete set of Tefal pans for just £40, although it previously retailed for £90.

Asda's discount on the Fitbit Inspire, which went down from £69 to £49, was ideal for those looking to start the New Year with a health kick.

And for those into tech, there was a range of smart entertainment options available.

The RCA Gemini Tablet was reduced from £129 to £89, while the NOW TV stick was half price and could be snapped up for just £15.

Shoppers could also bag 20% off the entire George fashion range, excluding sale items.

Retailers including Amazon, Boots and Superdrug are already slashing prices as part of early Black Friday sales.

Tesco and Smyths Toys have also launched early Black Friday deals, including discounts on toys and electricals.

We reveal eight early Black Friday deals that are worth buying, including 50% off Sky and 20% off eBay.
