FINDING shoes that fit isn't always an easy task, especially when you're hunting for footwear for your children who quickly grow bored of trying on different pairs.
Growing fed up of never having the right-sized shoe, one mum has come up with a crafty way to make sure the shoes she buys fit her kids every time.
TikTok user @craftymoms shared a video revealing the parenting hack she swears by and all you need is a piece of paper, a pen and some scissors.
Trying to put on a shoe too small for her daughter, she says in the clip: "Parent hack alert – the shoes you bought your kids don't fit?"
The mum then reveals the answer to all your problems, as she got her daughter to stand on a piece of paper and drew the outline of her foot onto it.
She cuts out the template, folds it up and sticks it in her handbag, before then pulling it out to measure it up against the sole of different pairs of shoes while out shopping.
Not only is the hack fuss-free, but it's tantrum-free too.
The video has been watched over 6.1million times online, with thousands of fellow parents commenting on the mum's post.
"That is such a good idea but I don't think I can get my toddler to stand still for this," joked one mum.
Another said: "Omg why the hell didn't I think of this, thanks for this xx."
A third wrote: "That. Is. Sooo. Smart."
"Amazing idea," said one more, while another person was all for the hack and added: "That's genius lol."
