Rylan Clark-Neal is reportedly set to divorce his husband Dan Neal after failing to make their marriage work.
The 32 year old TV presenter sparked concern earlier this year as he was missing from his radio show for several weeks and stepped back from social media.
He later broke his silence to reveal he had separated from Dan. He said in June: "Following reports about Dan and I spending time apart, I feel have to speak out as the way it is being reported is unfair.
"I have made a number of mistakes which I deeply regret and have inevitably led to the breakdown of our marriage."
It was later reported the pair were working on rekindling their marriage as a source told The Sun in August: "It was a very sad period but after it all came out into the open they seem to be in a better place and Dan has been back at the home at times.
"Everyone who knows them likes them very much, so hopefully things are working out."
But, following his return to his TV and radio hosting gigs, Rylan is reportedly moving towards divorce.
A source has now told Mail Online: "Things were looking so good, like they were back together.
"They hoped they could avoid divorce, but it’s now looking like the only way forward.
The insider added: "Many around them were desperately hoping they can win the battle to save their relationship. It’s very sad."
OK! has contacted a representative for Rylan for comment.
Rylan and his Big Brother husband Dan got engaged in 2014, after first meeting on Big Brother's Big on the Side the year before.
The couple wed in November 2015 in a ceremony which was kept very much out the public eye.

Last year, Rylan told OK! that lockdown was "strange" for himself and husband Dan.
The presenter admitted last year: "It has been strange because we're both used to working so much. We're not used to spending this much time at home and it's made me realise, as much as I love going to work and I miss doing what I do, it's actually been nice to have this time.
"I don't think anyone gets that time any more in this day and age."
Rylan went on to share: "So we've just tried to look at the positives, although of course there have been major negatives for many people."
