Kim Mi-soo dead: Disney+ Snowdrop actress dies suddenly aged 29 Were heartbroken

Kim Mi-soo, who also played roles in two 2019 movies Memories and Kyungmi’s World, has died aged 29, her agent has confirmed. The news of her sudden death was announced today.

The South Korean actress’ family have addressed her death in a candid statement as they shared their heartbreak.

They have asked for privacy as they mourn the loss of their loved one.

In a statement her agency Lanscape said: “Kim suddenly left us on January 5.

“The bereaved are deep in their sorrow at the sudden sadness.”

They continued: “We sincerely ask you to refrain from making up rumors or speculative reports so that the bereaved family, who are in shock and grief-stricken, can reverently commemorate the deceased.

“As per her family’s wishes, the funeral will be held quietly in private.

“Please wish for Kim Mi Soo to rest in peace, and once again, we offer our deepest condolences to the deceased.”

Her cause of death has not yet been reported.

Tributes have poured in online for the late star, as fans took to social media.

Twitter user, Hirai penned: “This will be kinda hard for us to watch you in Snowdrop. Rest well Kim Mi-soo.”

Clau commented: “Rest in peace Kim Mi-soo.”

@ON301 wrote: “Remember Jung-Min at Room 207 from K-drama Disney+ series Snowdrop. Thank you and you may rest in peace, Kim Mi-soo.”

Ruby shared: “Fly high angel, Kim Mi-soo.”

Her memorial service will be held at Taeneung Sungsim Funeral Home.

Kim is best remembered for her role in the romantic melodrama Snowdrop, which is set against the backdrop of the 1987 pro-democracy movement.
