Kim Kardashian shares adorable look at True's butterfly themed birthday party

The couple are currently expecting baby number four – who they’ll be welcoming into the world via surrogate.

It’s the second time Kim,and Kanye, 41, have used a surrogate after their first experience with daughter Chicago in 2017.

However, Kim says it’s completely different the second time, explaining to Entertainment Tonight: ‘It’s a different experience for sure, this situation is different.

‘I love my surrogate, we have a really good relationship.’

She added: ‘I really trust her and I definitely see, like, the first time that I went through it, I was a little bit more anxious, and texting more and calling more, and I feel like my surrogate this time around, really is such a protecting person and I really trust that in her.’

Kim’s first surrogate, La’Reina Haynes, appeared on Keeping Up With The Kardashians in 2018 while pregnant with Chicago but her new surrogate’s identity is not yet known.

Kimye are currently racking their brains for a suitable name for their impending arrival, and while Kim suggested Rob, she feels it might not go with North, Saint or Chicago.

When appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live, the reality star said: ‘Actually, I do have one name. I was truthfully thinking about just naming him Rob, [after] my brother.

‘Then it’s North, Saint, Chicago – Rob,’ she laughed, before adding: ‘It doesn’t, like, really go. But I really was feeling that, and my brother approved that. So that’s our one kind of name.’

Reaffirming the fact that she only wants the moniker to be Rob, the mother-of-three added: ‘I like Rob West, but not Robert West.’
