Kaley Cuoco's jetlag struggle is real as husband trolls her… twice

Kaley Cuoco surely knows the struggle of jet lag more than most of us, having traveled all over the world throughout her career as an actress.

The Big Bang Theory star recently celebrated her 34th birthday in Thailand surrounded with cake, where she was filming on location for her latest series The Flight Attendant, but seemed to have a bit of a hard time adjusting back to her home timezone when she got home.

After calling her on-set celebration ‘the coolest birthday to date’ on Instagram, she returned to the US and her husband Karl Cook, where she was greeted with not just one, but two posts on his Instagram of her trying to snooze off her disturbed sleeping pattern.

‘#jetlagisreal @kaleycuoco’ he wrote on one photo of Kaley, adding another photo just an hour later with the caption ‘the second state of #jetlagisreal’.

Poor Kaley – can’t a girl just nap in peace?!

Kaley was overseas filming for her latest show, where she plays Cassandra Bowden, a flight attendant who wakes up in her hotel room hungover with a dead body lying next to her.

Starting in Dubai, Cassandra heads to NYC, where she’s met with FBI agents and tries to figure out what happened to her.

Husband Karl shared his own birthday tribute to Kaley while she was busy celebrating on-set in Thailand.

Sharing a video of her recovering during a rather full-on game of squash, he wrote: ‘Happy birthday @kaleycuoco love of my life!!

‘You’re the greatest most amazing woman on the planet, minus @lifewithshmooshy [the couple’s miniature pony] of course. I am so excited to live everyday together. Also “squash is a young man’s game,” is just perfect, hahaha!!’

Kaley married 28-year-old Karl last year and has been outspoken about their choice not to live together yet and how their relationship works just fine for them.

‘I have the best relationship with Karl. We are so happy and yes… we have separate lives and then our lives come together and he’s so supportive of me. He lets me be me and I let him be him. We decided early on,’ she said.

Kaley added on her friend Brad Goreski’s podcast: ‘We’ve been together for almost four years. We’ve not lived together. We are building our house. We will be under the same roof eventually but this has worked for us.’
