The former pen salesman nabbed the Love Island crown with his ex-girlfriend, Dani Dyer, last year.
But it seems things could have turned out differently if a certain blonde bombshell had been on the horizon.
Chatting to Caroline Flack on Sunday night’s Love Island Aftersun, Jack Fincham revealed that he would have potentially hooked up with Molly Mae Hague had she appeared on last year’s show.
The 20-year-old arrived in the villa last Wednesday and quickly set pulses racing, eventually coupling up with hunky boxer Tommy Fury.
When asked what he thought of the stunning newcomer on the show, the 28-year-old admitted that he thought that she was a “sort”.
Jack said: “She’s a sort ain’t she, she is, she’s a sort.”
Never one to shy away from a tricky question, Caroline then cheekily asked whether he would have picked her had she been a contestant in Love Island 2018.
Blushing, Jack confessed that he would likely have chosen the gorgeous blonde as his match, saying, “Er, probably” before erupting with laughter.
Having split from his ex Dani earlier this year, the Kent-born lad has been making a big effort to throw himself into the dating scene.
And, while she might not be happy to learn that Jack would have chosen Molly-Mae as his number one, Dani has been moving on in her own right.
Recent Instagram photos have shown her looking more loved-up than ever with her new beau, Sammy Kimmence.
Looking for his own happy ending, Jack has signed up for the newest season of E4’s Celebs Go Dating.
The show will see him tackle the single-life head-on, seeking romantic guidance from relationship gurus.
Similarly set to shake things up, his Love Island costar Megan Barton-Hanson is also lined up to take part in the show.
The duo aren’t the first former Islanders to hunt for love on the reality TV show – last season saw Georgia Steele, Jack Fowler and Eyal Booker avail of the professional dating service.
