Howard Donald says he might delete Twitter after kicking off about vaccinations

Take That star Howard Donald has said he may quit Twitter after posting a series of tweets on anti-vaccination issues and business magnate Bill Gates.

The Rule the World singer addressed the subject of vaccines today [Thursday 25 June 2020] after being asked by a Twitter user ‘You should really get off the FB pages for treelovers and anti-vaxxers.’

To this, the dad-of-two replied: ‘Well I love trees and I love them because they produce oxygen of course!!’

He then added: ‘Vaccines are questionable! Especially when it’s vaccinating the world for pure profit. Do u think bill gates wants to save the world or does he wants to make a couple more billion?’

To this, the star said of the Microsoft Corporation co-founder: ‘Bill gates has patents on vaccines and viruses!!!! Why patents on viruses?????’

Shortly after, Howard tweeted to his 205k followers: ‘I think I’m gonna delete Twitter for a few weeks before I really say what I think.

‘Not saying things to wind people up, I’m just saying it because there is a bigger picture behind this and if we don’t educate, humans will have freedoms taken away. I Care for humans, especially kids.’

Since coronavirus hit, Gates has invested in finding a vaccine, and has become the target for a multitude of Covid-19 conspiracy theories.

Howard rose to fame in the 90s as 1/5 of Take That, alongside bandmates Gary Barlow, Mark Owen, Robbie Williams and Jason Orange.

Known for hits like How Deep Is Your Love? and Patience, they went on to sell over 45 million records worldwide.
