Cheryl’s ex boyfriend Liam Payne ‘helped buy her luxury £3.7m mansion’

Cheryl was helped to buy her £3.7m mansion by her ex-boyfriend Liam Payne, it is claimed.

The former Girls Aloud star, 37, moved to the property in March 2019, which is located in a pretty Buckinghamshire village.

The title deeds for the home state One Direction star Liam, who shares son Bear, three, with Cheryl, was a lender on the property, with Accord Mortgages Ltd.

Cheryl, who broke up with Liam, 27, in June 2018 after two years together is listed as the registered owner under her full name Cheryl Ann Tweedy, MailOnline reports.

It isn't clear whether the purchase was paid for as part of their split arrangement after she moved out of his home last year.

Following their split the couple continued to live at Liam's £5.1m six-bedroom house in Woking, Surrey, for nine months.

The pair now share parenting duties of Bear, with the youngster now living with Cheryl and her mother at the three-storey property.

Cheryl's home boasts four bedrooms with en suites on the first floor and a three on the second floor.

It also includes a study, a morning room, family room and gym.

Liam, who is now engaged to 20-year-old model Maya Henry, hasn’t lived in his own Surrey property since he separated from Cheryl, it is claimed.

It is also believed he listed the property, which has an outdoor pool, gym, tennis court, ‘hot yoga room’ and games room, for rent last year for £8k a week.

Houses in Cheryl's swanky area, one of the most desirable areas in the Home Counties, cost an average of £728,440, according to Zoopla.

Stars who have previously live in the area include John Laurie, who played Private Frazer in Dad’s Army, and Dame Margaret Rutherford, star of Agatha Christie’s Miss Marple.

On Tuesday, Cheryl shared a rare insight into her home life when she shared a sweet clip of her son Bear reading out a Christmas message, unveiling his Geordie accent.

The clip showed a black background, with a message on it that started with a bear emoji, red heart emoji and Christmas tree emoji.

Cheryl also showed off her decorations and a glimpse of her home, which had been decorated in rose gold, silver and bronze.
