Binky Felstead has shared an update on her baby boy Wolfie after calling 999 and rushing him to hospital over a "bad reaction" to hummus.
The 32 year old's son, who she shares with her other half Max Darton, worried paramedics that he wouldn't be able to breathe after he went into anaphylactic shock.
Former Made In Chelsea star Binky, whose dog had been hit by a "vile" van driver just days before, has now taken to her Instagram feed to share a series of happy snaps of her one year old before thanking her 1.4million followers for their well wishes and advice.
"Thank you," she started with a praying hands emoji. "He’s back to his usual ‘nutty self’ … (bad joke) [crying with laughter emoji, facepalm emoji] & we’ve had SO MANY incredible referrals! I’m on the case & really learning so much from reading all your really useful comments & stories so thank you again!" alongside a praying hands emoji.
She then warned her fans to always called the emergency services if they're in any doubt as to the health of another as she continued: "If in doubt defiantly call 999 or 111 ( I was apprehensive at first not wanting to waste anyones time & not knowing the full extent of what was going on) …
"but thank god we did, as it escalated so quickly, timing to get him medical help was crucial."
"Once he’s seen our @bloss.life specialists I will share as much info as possible with you all so hopefully helps others in the future xxx," she added with another praying hands emoji.
Fans were quick to comment as one person wrote: "So happy he is back to himself! Such a scary experience, you done amazing getting him seen to so quickly".
Another shared: "Thank goodness what a worry for you bless his little face," while a third added: "Babies are always a 999 call regardless because they can deteriorate soo quickly! You will never be wasting anyone's time with your babies! Glad he and you all are doing well!" with a red heart emoji.
Binky had rushed her son to hospital via an ambulance after his face turned "bright read" following lunch with hummus, which contains sesame.
Describing his condition, she shared at the time: "He went bright red all over his face & hands and white little spots appeared shortly before his eye, lips & tongue started to swell. We left the restaurant immediately & drove to the nearest pharmacist who said to call 999 … which we did and these incredible paramedics arrived within 4 minutes!"
Binky added: "The NHS and all the team have been nothing short of amazing. The family and I are unbelievably grateful for everything you did today xxx#NHS THANK YOU," with a rainbow emoji, green heart emoji and a praying hands emoji.
